Make Fabrics Warm up to 12°C! Avant Launches New Infrared Heat Storage Fiber Additive to Meet the Outdoor Needs of Clothing
Avant launched CESA™ fiber additive products, a new generation of infrared thermal storage additive formula designed specifically for fiber textile applications, which can help brands more easily meet consumers' demand for lightweight and comfortable outdoor clothing.
Fabrics made with CESA infrared thermal storage fiber additives can absorb more heat in the sun. The photothermally active particles added to the fiber help convert the energy of invisible light into heat, thereby improving the warmth retention of clothing in low-temperature environments. After exposing this new generation of infrared thermal storage additives to a light source for 10 minutes, polyester and nylon fiber fabrics can be heated up by up to 12°C. Avant's previous generation of additive products has always been a leading solution in the fiber industry, and this product has doubled the performance of the previous generation of products.

CESA fiber additives are suitable for applications such as clothing, home textiles and thermal insulation technical fabrics. They can also be compounded with colorants to make customized masterbatches to simplify production.
