The Difference Between Single-Brush and Double-Brush Polar Fleece

Single-brush polar fleece: usually refers to fabrics that are napped and polarized on one side. This means that only one side of the fabric is napped (also called raised) and polarized, while the other side may be smooth or treated differently.

Double-brush polar fleece: It is a fabric that is napped and polarized on both sides. This treatment makes double-shaft polar fleece fluffy and soft on both sides.

2. Appearance and touch:
Single-brush polar fleece: Since only one side is napped and polarized, its appearance may appear simpler, and the touch may be softer on the treated side, while the other side may be smoother or have a different texture.
Double-brush polar fleece: Since both sides are treated, its appearance is fuller and the touch is more uniform and soft. In addition, double-shaft polar fleece is usually thicker and has better warmth retention than single-shaft polar fleece.

3. Price:
Generally speaking, double-brush polar fleece is more expensive than single-brush polar fleece due to its more complicated process.

4. Application:
